第九条: Sex-based Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct

第九条 Explained:

第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of 性 in education programs and activities that receive federal funding. 第九条 provides that:

“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of 性, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”

If someone has experienced 性ual misconduct or 性-based discrimination, they can submit an electronic report or in-person with a 第九条 Coordinator. Reports filed through this office are separate from any law enforcement reports which may or may not have been filed.
